Signing of the KSO Agreement before a Notary, between Aerotrans and RSD (Reksa Sentosa Dinamika)

PT Reksa Sentosa Dinamika is a subsidiary of PT Danareksa Capital and is part of the Danareksa Group. Collaborating with PT Aerotrans Services Indonesia in providing and managing electric vehicles for the Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB), Central Java.

On Wednesday, August 21 2024, the Operational Cooperation Agreement (KSO) was signed before a Notary which took place at Danareksa Tower, Central Jakarta.

Present at the event were the President Director of PT Danareksa Capital, Mr. Thory Prabawa, the Director of PT Reksasentosa Dinamika, Ms. Anastasia Loblobly and the Director of PT Aerotrans Services Indonesia, Mr. Kadek Bayu Temaja.

This operational cooperation began to take place in the Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB), which was only inaugurated at the end of last July by President Joko Widodo.

Grand Batang City is an industrial area developed with a TOD (Transit Oriented Development) approach which simplifies all operational matters and business mobility.

Hopefully this collaboration will run smoothly for both parties to support the sustainability of a more advanced Indonesian economy.
