The Board Manual is a manifestation of the Company's commitment to implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) consistently in the context of the Company's management to carry out its mission and achieve the vision that has been set. The Board Manual which contains practical guidelines for the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors is a manifestation of the implementation of the commitment of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors for the implementation of GCG in the Company. PT Aerotrans Services Indonesia realizes that in establishing working relationships with Third Parties, it often intersects with the practice of Gratuity, so a guideline is needed to control this practice.
