Aerotrans in Hajj Service 2025

Aerotrans is the official ground transportation service provider for Hajj operations, in collaboration with Garuda Indonesia and related agencies. In organizing Hajj in 2025, Aerotrans plays an important role in supporting the smooth movement of Hajj flight crews and pilgrims at the two main embarkations.

Transportation Services for Hajj Crew Aerotrans provides shuttle facilities for special Hajj flight crews at Jakarta Embarkation and prepares ground officer vehicles at each embarkation with the fleet used with the following details:

1. 170 units of minibus from regular fleet
2. 1 unit at CGK embarkation
3. 1 unit at BTJ embarkation
4. 1 unit at LOP embarkation
5. 1 unit at BPN embarkation
6. 1 unit at UPG embarkation
7. 1 unit at MES embarkation

Ground Transportation Services for Hajj Pilgrims Aerotrans is tasked with providing ground transportation facilities for hajj pilgrims in two major embarkations, namely Jakarta and Solo.

1. Jakarta Embarkation:

• 9 units of big buses for pilgrims with a bus capacity of 45 seats
• 1 spare bus unit
• 2 units of baggage trucks with a capacity of 11 tons

2. Solo Embarkation:

• 19 big bus units with a bus capacity of 45 seats (for 2 groups per day)
• 1 unit spare bus
• 4 units of baggage trucks with a capacity of 11 tons

Compliance with Ministry of Religious Affairs Standards Aerotrans complies with all Ministry of Religious Affairs requirements, especially in the provision of congregation buses that must be equipped with toilets and the maximum age of buses at 10 years, which is a major requirement of the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Additional Services by Aerotrans Officers Although Aerotrans only serves as a transportation provider, Aerotrans shows its commitment through the active participation of field officers, such as:

• Assisting pilgrims when getting on and off the bus
• Accompanying pilgrims with special needs, especially those using wheelchair
