Through this forum, participants were encouraged to engage in open discussions regarding the challenges and opportunities faced by the company amid the ever-evolving dynamics of the industry. The Town Hall Meeting also functioned as a collaborative space to strengthen the involvement of Gen Z as an adaptive and innovative generation with a strategic role in driving the company’s progress. In line with the theme “Level Up Your Game,” Gen Z employees were encouraged to continuously enhance their competencies, develop skills relevant to industry needs, and cultivate a mindset that is prepared to face change and the dynamic challenges of the modern workplace. This initiative is expected to foster meaningful contributions from Aerotrans’ young talents in creating strong, competitive, and sustainable performance for the company in the future.

On October 25, 2025, PT Aerotrans Services Indonesia held a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity themed “Education Trip.” This activity was carried out as a demonstration of the Company’s commitment to the education sector by providing children with an educational and enjoyable learning experience.

This delivery is part of Satria Bahana Sarana’s operational service, which remains committed to ensuring that every vehicle is delivered in excellent condition and ready for use. Before departure, all units underwent a thorough inspection process conducted by the QC team Aerotrans, Head Office (HO). This process included physical checks, vehicle completeness, and other standard operational documentation. All units were declared fit for delivery and met the company’s quality standards. Considering the distance and delivery process, the units arrived in Tanjung Enim on Sunday, June 29, 2025, after a land journey from Tangerang, Banten. The delivery was smooth and on time, supported by professional team coordination.

On January 22, 2026, Aerotrans participated as a sponsor in the Expo-Ducation Margahayu (EXMA) event held at SMAN 1 Margahayu. This participation is part of Aerotrans’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, which is consistently carried out as a commitment to supporting the improvement of educational facilities and infrastructure, as well as strengthening relationships with educational institutions. The event was attended by representatives from various universities and schools, featuring a series of activities such as seminars, modeling sessions, try-outs, campus roadshows, campus expos, games, and various engaging performances. Through its participation in this event, Aerotrans hopes to contribute positively to the development of young talents and broaden students’ perspectives on education and future opportunities.
